The 2011 Free Summmer Concert Series at Citizens Park is presented by Harris Bank of Barrington and The Barrington Park District. This concerts features live music, by the classic rock band, Second Time Around.  Concessions and giveaways plus free popcorn for everyone courtesy of Harris Bank. If there’s rain, concerts will be held at the Citizens Park Pavilion. Citizens Park is located at 511 Lake Zurich Road with the entrance right off of Rte. 14 just east of Rte. 59 in Barrington.
